Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Global Strategic Marketing Manager Swine to lead the marketing vision, strategy, and execution for the swine business. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, supporting sales growth, and ensuring the continued success of swine nutrition products and services. The ideal candidate will be a proven marketing leader within the swine nutrition or animal health industry, possessing strong business acumen, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the swine sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and financial performance.
  • Oversee portfolio management and lifecycle strategies for swine products and services.
  • Drive innovation in swine nutrition through marketing initiatives, new product development, and service offerings.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales, and other teams to bring scientific advancements to market.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Implement value-based marketing strategies to position Trouw Nutrition as a leader in swine nutrition.
  • Engage with key customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive customer loyalty.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their marketing capabilities and professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a marketing role within the swine nutrition or animal health industry (mandatory).
  • Degree in Marketing, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Proven expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and product lifecycle strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing executive-level decision-making.
  • Background in managing innovation projects and integrating customer feedback into business strategies.

Location: Amersfoort, Netherlands, or a Western European country (Remote flexibility)
