OUR MISSION

To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we've turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.

What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.

In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million.

And we’re a long way from done!

THE BRAND TEAM

The Brand Team is responsible for all brands within the Carwow Group. We’re an ambitious team who thrive on storytelling, performance and collaboration.

We bring our portfolio of brands to life across every channel; from large-scale campaigns to social-first paid marketing creative, events, brand identity, commercial initiatives and internal culture-building.

We move quickly, adapt often and work closely with colleagues across the whole business. Due to the scale up nature of the business you’ll enjoy a unique mix of variety, ownership and exploration.
THE ROLE

Plan and deliver integrated marketing that builds the Carwow brand and drives results, from big campaigns to always-on activity.

You’ll own campaigns from brief to results, working across brand and performance so everything we put out works hard at every stage of the funnel. You’ll brief and manage in-house creatives and agency partners, as well as working closely with performance, CRM and content teams. You’ll also use data to shape the work and prove its impact as part of a performance-focused Marketing team. Most of your focus will be the UK, with some work supporting our team in Spain.

This is a 12-month contract with real ownership. In that time you’ll establish test and learn plans across our marketing stack, run flagpole campaigns for new launches and leave behind ways of working that last beyond your time with us.
