We are looking for a Marketing Localisation Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day delivery of multilingual marketing content across global and regional campaigns. This role will focus on the execution of marketing localisation work, including coordinating requests, liaising with language service providers, tracking deadlines, supporting review workflows, and working with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality localised content. You will work with marketing, digital, brand, content, regional teams, vendors, reviewers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure localisation work is clearly briefed, well coordinated, delivered on time, and aligned with brand and market expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing localisation requests from intake through delivery.
  • Liaise with LSPs, translators, reviewers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track deadlines, project status, dependencies, risks, and outstanding actions.
  • Prepare briefs, files, reference materials, and context for localisation.
  • Support localisation across campaigns, web, email, paid media, social, events, landing pages, and sales enablement assets.
  • Manage vendor queries and coordinate answers from internal teams.
  • Support internal review and approval workflows.
  • Check final deliverables for completeness, formatting, and adherence to instructions.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation, and workflow updates.
  • Support effective use of Phrase and agreed localisation processes.
  • Escalate risks, blockers, delays, or quality concerns promptly.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in localisation, marketing localisation, translation coordination, content operations, or marketing operations.
  • Experience working with multilingual content across multiple languages or markets.
  • Experience liaising with LSPs, translators, reviewers, or external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Comfortable working with localisation platforms, project trackers, and workflow tools.
  • Able to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with Phrase.
  • Experience with marketing content such as campaigns, web pages, email, paid media, social, events, or sales enablement.
  • Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or another global business environment.
  • Familiarity with translation memory, terminology, style guides, and linguistic review workflows. Experience using project management, CMS, DAM, or marketing workflow tools.
  • Basic understanding of transcreation, SEO localisation, or regional marketing adaptation.

What success looks like

  • You will help ensure marketing localisation work is delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.
  • You will keep projects moving, make sure vendors and reviewers have what they need, track deadlines clearly, escalate risks early, and support colleagues across departments to deliver strong multilingual marketing output.
  • Your work will help the localisation team improve delivery visibility, reduce rework, strengthen vendor coordination, and give internal teams greater confidence in localised marketing launches.
