An exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a hyper growth start-up, and learn what it means to build an impactful data & people-driven business. You will be given responsibility in working alongside experienced professionals, supporting them in building, growing, and running aspects of FirstMind. You will have a passenger seat view of our journey of rapid growth. More tangibly you will:

• Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.
• An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs
• A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy
• Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries. 
• International exposure where you will expand your professional network across Nova Founders Capital  and get unique access to our network of leaders. 

Your responsibility will be;   

• Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
• Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
• Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
• Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice. 
• Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant
• Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected
• Advising on growth hacking opportunities
• Social media planning and content management
• Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery
• Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries 
• Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

• Working towards acquiring a bachelor’s or master's degree
• Well versed in the fundamentals of marketing in a digital context.
• Hugely positive, curious and pro-active
• Have a genuine interest in learning and is proactively looking for ways to improve
• Self-starter, motivated and organized. 
• Driven to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (spoken & written)
