Job Description

This is a remote position.

At Oximio, we help accelerate clinical research by delivering reliable clinical trial logistics solutions across the globe. We are looking for a Marketing Intelligence & Commercial Enablement Specialist to turn market data into commercial insight that helps our Business Development teams identify opportunities, strengthen customer engagement and support business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work at the intersection of Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations, providing market intelligence, competitor analysis and strategic account insights that enable better commercial decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, analysing complex information, identifying market opportunities and translating insights into practical recommendations that make a real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyse clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines, CRO activity and emerging business opportunities.
  • Identify priority markets, target accounts and commercial growth opportunities across Oximio's global business.
  • Develop account profiles, opportunity briefs and market intelligence reports that support Business Development activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market positioning and industry developments to strengthen Oximio's commercial strategy.
  • Support Business Development teams with customer research, strategic account planning and pre-meeting intelligence.
  • Create commercial enablement materials including market summaries, competitor profiles, country insights and presentation content.
  • Analyse CRM and pipeline data to identify trends, dormant accounts, cross-selling opportunities and areas for business growth.
  • Support conference planning by identifying target companies, attendees and business opportunities while providing post-event commercial analysis.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, market insights and commercial messaging that strengthen Oximio's market position.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in market research, commercial analysis, business intelligence or sales enablement.
  • Understanding of Business Development processes and account planning.
  • Experience using CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence or reporting tools.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research or healthcare logistics is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
