This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from London Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle bus from the station to the office. 

P&G Brand Career Academy – 29th October 2026

The Brand Career Academy is the final step in our application process to secure yourself a graduate role with P&G! It is an intensive one day learning programme designed to challenge your business and critical thinking, networking and team building skills, in real business situations. At our Brand Career Academy, you won’t be answering endless interview questions, you will:

  • Receive training and insights into how we build some of the world's biggest brands 
  • Work through a real-world Brand Management business challenge
  • Collaborate and learn alongside other ambitious candidates 
  • Present your recommendations to a P&G hiring panel 

When: The Career Academy will be held in person on Thursday, 29th October 2026.

Start dates: Rolling, from November 2026.

  • Head Office Location:  This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on-site parking with access to dedicated electric vehicle charging points. There is also an on-site Costa Coffee, discounted restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a state-of-the-art gym facility. 

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • Analytical thinking, strategic envisioning, creative curiosity, and a passion to lead.
  • Recent university graduates available to start their careers from November 2026. You do not need to have studied Marketing.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate your experiences, thought processes and actions which led to the results you achieved in your CV.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written English language proficiency
  • Someone who enjoys working with different people and perspectives, with the confidence to share and reapply ideas.
  • A desire for real responsibility and ownership from the start of your career.
