About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive to join the iSAM Securities marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines within a fast-growing institutional financial services business.

Working across both the Liquidity and Technology divisions of iSAM Securities, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support product launches, and drive lead generation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Trading, Legal, and Compliance, while also contributing ideas and taking ownership of projects.

This is a broad, generalist marketing role suited to a proactive individual who has an interest in financial markets and enjoys working across multiple channels and initiatives. You will gain exposure to a variety of marketing activities including events, digital campaigns, partnerships, PR, website optimisation, and content development.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blogs, collateral, and thought leadership
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including industry conferences and hosted events
  • Co-ordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, messaging, and performance tracking
  • Assist with paid partnerships, PR initiatives, and brand awareness activities
  • Support website updates and optimisation, ensuring content remains current and aligned with business messaging
  • Help manage and track marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with product launches, lead generation initiatives, and brand development projects
  • Provide general marketing support across the wider iSAM group where required

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (could include a relevant placement or internship during university)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and contribute new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Interest in financial markets/current affairs
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
