We’re looking for a highly organised, confident, and proactive Marketing Executive to join the Founders Forum Group marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step beyond coordination and take on greater ownership within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment at the heart of the global tech ecosystem.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing across Founders Forum Group and Tech Nation. You will work on our global event portfolios, digital platforms, and new strategic launches. Working closely with the Head of Marketing at Founders Forum Group and the Senior Marketing Manager at Tech Nation, you’ll contribute ideas, drive execution, and help bring bold marketing initiatives to life.

This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally switched-on, thrives on multitasking, and enjoys balancing creativity with operational excellence, particularly within event-led, cyclical marketing environments.

Marketing Delivery & Ownership
  • Take ownership of key marketing workstreams across campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets, including branding, photography, briefs, and collateral, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across teams.
  • Oversee marketing calendars and campaign timelines, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing reporting by analysing campaign data, surfacing insights, and supporting performance tracking across initiatives.
  • Bring forward new ideas, creative thinking, and process improvements that elevate the impact of marketing across Founders Forum Group.
Digital Marketing & Tools
  • Confidently use and manage FFG’s marketing ecosystem, including:
Agorapulse, Grip, Bird, Swoogo, Canva, Asana, and Notion.
  • Maintain and optimise event registration sites and ff.co webpages.
  • Contribute to writing, editing, and proofing high-quality digital content across social, web, apps, and campaign communications.
  • Monitor digital performance, pulling data and identifying actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing (FFG) and Senior Marketing Manager (Tech Nation) on campaign planning, new launches, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Founders Forum Group to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider marketing team, from preparing decks to assisting with research, competitor monitoring, and social media trend spotting.
  • Act as a confident, solutions-focused team member who takes initiative and drives work forward independently.
This role is for you if…
  • You're eager to learn new marketing tools and platforms (Agorapulse, Bird, Swoogo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • You’re extremely organised and detail-driven.
  • You’re confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • You think beyond the brief, bringing new ideas and creative solutions.
  • You thrive in event-led marketing cycles and enjoy seeing campaigns come to life in the real world.
  • You’re proactive and take initiative - you don't wait to be told what to do, you look for ways to help.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sharp attention to detail.
  • You're a team player who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • You’re curious about technology, startups, and entrepreneurship, and want to be a part of that world.
  • You’re flexible and excited to travel to events when required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, events, or campaign delivery.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with design software, CRM systems, and event registration platforms is advantageous.
  • Event marketing experience is a strong bonus.
  • A positive, proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Benefits
  • Private healthcare coverage (currently with AXA)
  • Medicash plan
  • Life Insurance coverage with AIG, including “Smart Health” access
  • Pension scheme (5% employee, 4% employer contribution)
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Perkbox membership including monthly credits, EAP access and wellness benefits
  • Snacks, drinks, team events and lunch provided once per week.

We currently have a hybrid working model with 4 days spent in the office and 1 day with the option to work from home.
