An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.  Come join the excellence!

Overview

The Marketing Executive will drive and execute global marketing initiatives with a strong focus on the UK and MLE regions, working closely with regional GMs and cross‑functional teams across product, sales, finance, operations and corporate marketing. This role supports multiple marketing disciplines—including product marketing, demand generation, sales operations and communications—and contributes to enterprise‑level programs, product launches and partner marketing across the TNS PAY portfolio.
Key responsibilities include managing product‑led content and collateral, supporting regional marketing plans, delivering campaigns and events, conducting market research, shaping solution positioning and storytelling, and leveraging martech tools such as Pardot, Demandbase, Salesforce and LinkedIn to enhance efficiency. The role requires at least three years of B2B marketing experience, strong multi‑discipline marketing skills, solid project management capability, data‑driven decision‑making, cultural awareness and a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven, experienced and customer‑centric marketing professional to join our global marketing team. As the Marketing Executive, you will be involved in planning and hands‑on execution of marketing activities globally, with a dedicated focus on supporting the UK and MLE region while working closely with business leaders and GMs. You will support multiple disciplines in marketing—from product marketing and demand generation to sales operations and communications.

You will collaborate with in‑country GMs to deliver enterprise‑level marketing activities and work with cross‑functional teams, including product management, RGO, sales, finance, operations and corporate marketing, to drive marketing programs, product launches, partner marketing and enhancements across all TNS PAY portfolios – Accept, Protect, Connect and Orchestrate.

Specifically, this role will have responsibility for:

  • Managing product‑led initiatives and content – new collateral, web pages, flyers, messaging and positioning

  • Supporting and executing the marketing plan across the UK and MLE

  • Supporting the delivery of campaigns, events, sponsorships, TNS events and industry associations as directed by the global demand generation team

  • Supporting and managing broader marketing initiatives and projects

Key job responsibilities:
  • Support the strategic marketing direction and operational execution across the UK and MLE.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help formulate and execute marketing initiatives that align with established Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies, target verticals, growth markets and product launches.

  • Manage the launch of new products and features to market in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams—building engaging content, case studies, website updates and messaging to communicate the value of TNS solutions (including regionalizing messaging where required).

  • Market Research: Uncover insights that drive impactful strategies and align with customer needs across our product portfolios.

  • Storyteller: Tell the story of our solutions—positioning, messaging, brand perception and value.

  • Support and implement campaigns, nurturing programs, field events, advertising, webinars and partner marketing programs for TNS as needed.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies.

  • Work with martech tools—Pardot, Demandbase, Salesforce, LinkedIn and others—improving processes and building procedures to drive efficiencies.

  • Think strategically, acting as a trusted advisor to the regional GM.

  • Support vendor onboarding and assist with budget management.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of proven B2B marketing experience. Payments and connectivity industry knowledge is beneficial; understanding of enterprise retailers is essential.

    • Ambitious and results‑oriented, while being hands‑on and prepared to roll up your sleeves.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Strong understanding of all marketing disciplines – brand building, event management, demand generation, product marketing, social, PR, digital/website, internal comms and martech tools.

    • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, identify improvements and present progress to senior leadership.

    • Understanding of localization and how cultural perspectives influence go‑to‑market plans.

    • Global cultural awareness and experience working with global teams.
