We’re looking for a Marketing Executive (Video) to join our team at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. If you have a passion for video production, enjoy creating engaging content, and want to play a key role in promoting a global technology brand, we’d love to hear from you.


What we are looking for…

We’re seeking a creative and technically capable Marketing Executive (Video) to support the production of high-quality video content across the business.

You’ll be involved in the full video production process, from filming and interviewing through to post-production and distribution. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will help ensure that our video content effectively promotes the Content Guru brand, engages audiences, and supports wider marketing objectives.

This role would suit candidates with a strong interest in video production and some experience in filming and editing, who are looking to develop their skills within a professional and fast-paced environment.


Location…

This role is based in our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. Regular travel within the UK and internationally will be required.


Key responsibilities of the role…

Filming & Content Creation:

Set up and film a range of video content including customer interviews, corporate events, and product demonstrations

Interview internal colleagues and external stakeholders in an engaging and professional manner

Operate filming equipment, including DSLR cameras, to capture high-quality video and photography

Set up lighting and audio equipment to ensure professional production standards

Work with the content team to develop scripts and storyboards

Post Production:

Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, voiceover artists, and translators to deliver finished content

Ensure content is tailored appropriately for different platforms and audiences

Respond constructively to feedback to achieve the best possible output

Content Distribution & Engagement:

Publish video content across relevant platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

Work with the wider digital marketing team to maximise reach, engagement, and visibility

Support optimisation of video content for search and platform performance

Collaboration & Planning:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to plan and deliver video projects

Coordinate effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements

Support wider marketing activities where required


About you…

Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, or a related subject, or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of the video production process, from filming through to post-production

Experience working with DSLR cameras and video production equipment

Familiarity with lighting and audio setup across different environments

Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

A creative eye for cinematography and photography

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
