Following a successful inaugural event at Tobacco Dock in June 2026 — welcoming 3,000+ attendees, 160 speakers, 100+ partners and exhibitors, and a sold-out expo — The Longevity Show is entering its next stage of growth. Our Marketing Executive will help build on that momentum as we return to London in April 2027 and develop plans for a New York launch.

The Longevity Show brings together consumers looking for practical answers, alongside the businesses, innovators and experts shaping the longevity economy. It is part of the Founders Forum events universe, evolving from the successful Founders Longevity Forum series created in partnership with Longevity.Technology. The platform is being developed alongside Phil Newman, Founder of Longevity.Technology, who brings extensive expertise and deep connections within the longevity sector.

Founders Forum is Europe’s leading entrepreneur community, bringing together founders, investors and innovators through a series of events designed for open debate, problem-solving and meaningful connection — with a focus on accelerating the positive impact of technology on the world.

Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing campaigns for The Longevity Show, driving awareness, ticket sales and engagement across both consumer and professional audiences.

Working collaboratively with the Marketing and wider team, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across social, email, content, partnerships, PR and paid media. You will help ensure every campaign is well organised, on brand and commercially focused — supporting the growth of an engaged community around living longer, healthier lives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery

  • Support the Marketing Lead in delivering the full marketing plan across digital, social, email, PR, content, partnerships and paid channels.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across key event milestones, ensuring deadlines, assets and approvals are managed effectively.
  • Assist with consumer and professional audience campaigns across B2C and B2B channels.

Content & Social

  • Create and schedule engaging content across The Longevity Show’s social media channels, email campaigns and website.
  • Support the production of marketing assets including copy, graphics, speaker announcements, video and partner content.
  • Help manage content calendars, ensuring communications are timely, accurate and consistent with the brand.

Audience Growth

  • Support ticket-sales and lead-generation campaigns across both consumer and professional audiences.
  • Build and segment email audiences, assist with CRM activity and monitor campaign performance.
  • Track key marketing metrics and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, registrations and conversion.

Partnerships & PR

  • Coordinate marketing deliverables for partners, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors and media partners.
  • Support influencer, community and media outreach activity within the longevity, health and wellness space.
  • Ensure partner and speaker announcements are captured, scheduled and amplified across relevant channels.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Content team, Sales team and Event Director to ensure marketing activity supports wider event objectives.
  • Support onsite marketing delivery during event week, including social coverage, content capture and partner communications.

Requirements
  • Marketing experience, ideally within events, media, consumer brands, health, wellness, lifestyle or technology.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging copy for email, social media and web.
  • Experience managing social media channels and creating content across multiple formats.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, CRM platforms and digital campaign reporting.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with a genuine interest in health, wellness, longevity, events or consumer culture.
  • Comfortable working across both B2C and B2B audiences.

Benefits

We offer a range of flexible, discretionary benefits to our team. These currently include:

  • 25 days contractual annual leave
  • Enhanced discretionary leave provision, including an additional day off for your birthday and leave between Christmas and New Years Day
  • The option to work remotely anywhere in the world for 3 weeks/year (1 week at Easter and 2 weeks during July and August)
  • Private healthcare package
  • Mental health, wellbeing, and learning and development stipends
  • Lunch 1x/week, office snacks, and regular team drinks
  • Quarterly team activities and annual team trip/day out
  • Access to the Founders Forum Group network of businesses and wider tech ecosystem

We currently have a hybrid working model with 4 days spent in the office and 1 day with the option to work remotely/from home.
