The Senior Partnerships Manager will secure and manage partnerships, generate leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize partnership processes.

Manage Tech Nation's early-stage initiatives (Creo, Libra, pitch competitions): design strategy and content, deliver events and education, engage investors and partners, run pitch processes, grow and manage the founder community and alumni, and support regional development across the UK.

Manage Tech Nation's Deeptech cohort programmes from planning through delivery. Curate content, recruit advisors and speakers, run events and a flagship forum, engage founders and partners, drive community growth, and measure programme impact while collaborating with stakeholders and building sector networks.

Support delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for The Longevity Show, including social, email, content, PR, partnerships and paid media. Create and schedule content, manage campaign logistics and assets, support ticket-sales and CRM segmentation, coordinate partner and speaker communications, track performance, and assist onsite event marketing.

Lead Tech Nation's Early Stage programme pillar, owning strategy, commercial growth and P&L. Build systems, automation and impact tracking, manage tenders/grants, run strategic projects, and support GM cover during maternity leave. Manage a small team, liaise with senior leadership, partners and contractors to scale programmes and revenue.

Create and manage multimedia content (written, video, podcast, data reports) for Founders Forum and Tech Nation. Maintain website content and newsletters, support sponsored campaigns, track content performance, conduct founder interviews, and develop new editorial strategies while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Drive sponsorship and exhibitor revenue for The Longevity Show by developing and executing sales plans, creating tailored partnership packages, negotiating senior-level deals, generating pipeline through multi-channel outreach, and managing partner relationships to secure renewals and high-value activations.

Own assessor relationships and quality assurance for the Global Talent Visa programme; manage operations, systems and inbox; line manage the Programme Administrator; steward the alumni network; support data, reporting, financial oversight and stakeholder communications to improve programme standards and outcomes.
