Join our Fashion Marketing team and play a key role in bringing exciting, customer-focused campaigns to life across one of the world's most dynamic luxury retail categories.

About the Role

As a Marketing Executive for Fashion, you will support the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial objectives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider divisional team, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across Buying & Merchandising, Creative, Partnerships, and Retail to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive marketer looking to develop their career within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated fashion marketing campaigns aligned to brand, customer, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across channels including social media, events, PR, e-commerce, and paid media.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Create and manage detailed campaign briefs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and key messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities to enhance future marketing activity.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and commercially aware marketer with a genuine passion for fashion and luxury brands. You will enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will be comfortable turning ideas into action, supporting campaign delivery from concept through to execution. Most importantly, you will bring a proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn and develop within a high-performing marketing team.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience within a marketing role, ideally within fashion, retail, or luxury sectors.
  • A relevant degree, marketing qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in customer and market trends.
