PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help deliver impactful marketing campaigns, events, and communications. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting pipeline growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

REPORTING LINE

This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

JOB FUNCTION

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaign Coordination 

    • Executing upon marketing plans, with clearly defined objectives and targets. 
    • Executing lead generation marketing campaigns to meet the targets for marketing qualified leads and sales pipeline. 
    • Support the local implementation of Group Marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with UK market needs. 
    • Building strong relationships with a range of external stakeholders including customers, suppliers and partners. 
    • Maintaining and developing marketing contact lists. 
    • Segmenting and defining target audiences and messaging for campaigns. 
    • Providing input and supporting and monitoring our external telemarking agency. 

Event Support 

    • Organising and attending a range of events such as exhibitions, events, webinars and advisory boards. 
    • Organising and attending internal social events and corporate hospitality events for customers and partners. 
    • Working with third party agencies to plan and deliver events. 

Content & Collateral Management 

    • Working with subject matter experts to collate, develop and produce relevant documentation for the web, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, e-blasts and sales collateral. 
    • Developing automated email marketing programs. 

General Duties 

    • Provide day-to-day support to Head of Marketing and Marketing Campaign Managers. 
    • Working with the EMEA and US marketing teams on corporate initiatives and events. 
    • Using the internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to maintain leads and opportunities.  
    • Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights. 
    • Tracking the success of marketing campaigns and compiling reports and insights for campaign optimisation. 

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

    • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role. 
    • Marketing communications experience. 
    • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., email automation, CRM). 
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. 

Skills & Attributes 

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 
    • High attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
    • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. 
    • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools. 

Desirable 

    • Experience with tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. 
LOCATION

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home combined with office collaboration as required.

HOURS

Normal office hours are 09:00 to 18:00 (with one hour for lunch).
