We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our London office:

Department overview:

The Trade Marketing function is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of EU retail, concession and wholesale stores.  The team works in collaboration with the wider organization to ensure an integrated and customer focused approach across all trade marketing activations.  This role will support retail full price, specifically, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager.

You are hands-on, collaborative, a creative thinker who is passionate about marketing and consumer behaviour. You have outstanding communication skills, can effectively work with and influence colleagues as well as internal and external partners. Someone who thrives in a rapidly changing environment, bringing fresh thinking to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns. You are highly organized, keen-learner and self-motivated, able to work well to deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the timely development and delivery of high impact, cost effective marketing plans in support of seasonal activity and events across EU owned retail Lifestyle stores
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in the development of marketing initiatives and multichannel campaigns with a focus on engaging instore customer experiences and events, influencer partnerships and digital campaigns
  • Proactively collaborate across divisions and ensure efficient communications to deliver consistent brand messaging. Adopting 360 approach to create a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints and maximise opportunities to interact with prospective customers
  • Work in partnership with the internal digital teams to innovate and implement digital & social drive to store initiatives
  • Effective end-to-end co-ordination of all stages of campaign development from initial brief through to design sign off, costings, eventual delivery into stores within the requested timeframe and monitoring results
  • Owning projects and reporting on ROI
  • Admin support – seasonal assets, GWP allocation, invoices
  • Foster strong and transparent relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop strong partnerships within the field and retail store network to foster new ideas and explore new opportunities
  • Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives for retail full price channel (all product categories across MMK, Mens, Collection and Kids)
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends and technologies in the luxury and fashion industry space
  • Create compelling reports about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Marketing experience preferably in the luxury sector
  • Well-versed in all aspects of Marketing with a strong brand judgement and understanding of luxury industry
  • Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns
  • Organized, efficient ways of working at all times, owning projects and managing project files and trackers
  • Exemplary written and oral communications
  • Knowledge of a second European language a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook
  • Proactive and insightful analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious, strategic 360 thinking is a must
  • Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
