Overview: We are looking for highly organized Marketing Coordinator, to report to the Head of Marketing in APAC.  Key objective is to support the planning and activation of regional marketing programs — spanning logistics support at events, integrated campaigns both locally and regionally, and brand awareness initiatives — that accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen Clearwater's market presence across the region. This role involves supporting the local marketing operations of the APAC marketing team across different tactics and campaigns, from planning through on-the-ground execution,  and  help coordinate with global internal teams to ensure every campaign or program is measurable, activated on time, and contributes to the company's APAC and overall growth targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the APAC marketing team in the execution of regional growth marketing programs and child campaigns.  Reporting to the APAC Head of Marketing the incumbent will work with the team to activate campaigns, and track pipeline in Insurance, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Insurance and Family Offices
  • Logistics support including client roundtables, seminars, industry conferences, and webinars, both on-site and virtual — supporting the full event lifecycle from pre-event planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. This includes setting up registration websites, managing email invitations and confirmations, coordinating vendor production (printing, signage, name badges, place cards, F&B), overseeing AV testing and event setup/dismantle for in-person events, and scheduling webinars, conducting dry runs, and managing speaker logistics. Partner closely with the Brand team to ensure all event visuals align with brand standards and elevate the attendee experience.
  • Local marketing operational support in region for local, pan region and global campaigns Ensure all marketing tickets are up-to-date in Asana projects/tasks. Coordinate and support the build and launch of landing pages, assist with BDR email sequences with Marketing team where applicable, and nurture workflows to ensure integrated campaigns go to market accurately and on schedule.
  • Tactical Support such as coordinating video production, monitor and onboard external vendor relationships pre and post events
  • Tracking of Salesforce pipeline emanating from campaigns deployed and building reports to ensure pipeline is funneled via the Sales team
  • Assists in local Press pitches where applicable
  • Prepares regular regional marketing activity update reports
  • Partner with global marketing operations team to ensure digital marketing support is actioned and flow of activity between teams is on point
  • Liaise with the Finance team for payment processing and collaborate with the Legal and Procurement teams for contract signing to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Curious “can do” graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in growth demand generation marketing and logistics event management, ideally within a matrix global MNC. Experience in financial services is strongly preferred. 
  • 3+ years track record of B2B field marketing and demand generation (especially lead generation and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo and Asana (or equivalent CRM/project management tools) is a plus.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese; Korean or Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to learn about financial services on the buy side and scope and deploy opportunistic growth initiatives to support sales targets.
