We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Co-ordinator to join Mercer’s Global Investments Marketing team in our London office.

We’re looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join the Global Investments Marketing team to help drive Mercer’s global investment commercial agenda and sales targets across various client segments.
As a member of the global marketing team, your remit will span across regions, with the objective to deliver firm-wide programmes, content and assets to key markets for localization and implementation. You will work closely with other marketing and communications colleagues, centres of excellence and legal and compliance to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of campaigns.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Work on various content and event marketing initiatives supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, from development through to execution and reporting on all marketing channels. This role plays a part in helping us to engage clients and prospects and help drive Mercer’s Investment business’ objectives. For example but not limited to:
- Play an integral part in delivering content and campaigns to drive commercial targets for Mercer’s proprietary research platforms MercerInsight Community® and MercerInsight®
- You will lead on the delivery of the marketing program to support Mercer’s renowned Global Investment Form series across five regions.
- Oversee and execute the team’s marketing campaigns across various channels – including email, social and web. You will collaborate with relevant colleagues to build and execute materials.
- Partner with Mercer’s Centres of Excellence – including social, digital, creative, and our Business Development Team.
- Work with the social team to help the team brief organic and paid campaigns.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure execution excellence and deliver campaign reporting and actionable insights for all initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Previous marketing experience especially planning and executing campaigns across all marketing channels.
- Desire to collaborate across global and diverse teams and businesses
- Proven ability to handle data sets using Excel, including summarizing event registrations with pivot tables, analysing registrations and origin, filters, pie charts etc…
- Natural team player attitude and willing to roll up sleeves and execute well.
- Proven creativity, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
