Working closely with experienced Marketing and Brand colleagues, you’ll play an important role in helping to coordinate and deliver marketing activities while building your knowledge and experience across the function, in a growing and innovative industry with a real impact on people’s skin health.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with our Marketing and Brand teams, you’ll support the delivery of marketing plans across our Aesthetics and our Core Consumer brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support retailer and healthcare professional initiatives, including events, congresses and the coordination, tracking and reporting of HCP product sampling.
  • Help manage our consumer inbox and customer service processes across three brands, ensuring enquiries, complaints and product send-outs are handled promptly and in line with company procedures.
  • Support the wider Marketing team with day-to-day coordination, including reports, presentations, trackers, data analysis and other marketing projects as required.
  • Help keep the team organised, maintaining product supplies for the office and PR agency and ensuring documentation is stored appropriately.
  • Work flexibly across Sales and Marketing projects when needed, while contributing positively to Galderma’s culture and following all relevant company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
