Marketing Campaigns Manager

Location: Windsor / Reading / London with FlexFirst hybrid working

Overview

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Group Marketing team.

This is a great opportunity to bring our brands to life across every stage of the customer journey. Working across all UK Centrica retail brands, including British Gas and Hive, you'll help shape how millions of customers see, experience and engage with us every day.

You will manage and support campaigns ranging from large-scale brand activity through to commercially focused, sales-driving campaigns. You'll support the strategic planning, execution and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement and deliver commercial growth.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you'll deliver distinctive campaigns that drive customer and commercial outcomes. Success in this role requires excellent planning, a customer-obsessed mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to use insight and performance data to continuously optimise marketing activity.

We'll expect you to spend some time in the office as required at our agency partners office in London.

About the role

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support the development and delivery of distinctive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand and commercial growth.

  • Work closely with creative, media, brand and business teams to deliver cohesive and impactful customer campaigns.

  • Create and shape cross-channel content and campaign activity to drive customer engagement across multiple channels.

  • Align marketing activity with customer, commercial and business objectives, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact.

  • Analyse campaign performance, identify insights and apply learnings to optimise future activity.

  • Support campaign planning and execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and against agreed objectives.

  • Hold agency partners and key stakeholders to account, ensuring activity remains customer-focused and outcome-driven.

  • Champion a customer-first approach throughout campaign development, planning and execution.

  • Make informed recommendations based on data, customer insight and market performance trends.

What we're looking for

You'll have:

  • Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns.

  • Experience supporting the development of distinctive marketing campaigns that drive customer and commercial growth.

  • A strong understanding of media channels and the broader marketing mix.

  • Experience using data, insight and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise future activity.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and build alignment across teams.

  • Experience working with and managing agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity.

  • Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • A customer-obsessed mindset combined with a strong commercial focus.

  • The ability to balance creative thinking with analytical decision-making.

  • A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns that make a measurable difference.
