Manage and support multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns across British Gas, Hive, and other Centrica retail brands. Coordinate with creative, media, brand, business teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and against objectives. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize activity, strengthen brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive commercial growth.

Owns subject-matter expertise, strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, and optimization for Home Energy Management Systems. Designs propositions involving solar, batteries, heat pumps, EV charging, and smart controls; coordinates cross-functional delivery; defines integration and platform capabilities; evaluates flexibility markets, customer outcomes, risks, and commercial opportunities; and presents recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining kitchen and white goods appliances in customers' homes, focusing on safety and first-time fixes.
