Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager Location: London (with travel to data centre sites and events across Europe as required)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About us:

We’re reinventing how the world uses data centres. Think flexible, optimised colocation services tailored for your requirements – all with the very best customer support you can imagine. And because our data centers are powered by sustainable energy, it doesn’t cost the Earth either. It’s the perfect environment where everyone thrives – you and the planet.

Verne has been recently acquired by Ardian and is currently investing massively into new data centre capacity and needs additional people to support this growth. We need self-driven, experienced, motivated and focused new team members, and offer a dynamic, growth-oriented environment for people to shine and learn.

Role Overview As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will help develop and deliver focused B2B marketing campaigns that strengthen Verne’s market position and support pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will translate Verne’s strategic priorities and market insight into targeted campaigns aimed at hyperscalers, AI/neocloud providers and enterprise customers. You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, Product teams and agency partners to plan and deliver campaigns across key channels including digital, content, events and PR. This role suits someone who combines strong campaign execution skills with commercial thinking, and who enjoys turning complex technical propositions into clear and compelling marketing narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Execute targeted ABM programs in HubSpot, aligned to our priority sectors in HPC, AI/Neocloud and Enterprise.
  • Website & SEO: Manage and optimise website content and performance in coordination with our SEO agency.
  • Content & Social: Publish and manage content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Event Support: Coordinate event presence, and follow-up activities in collaboration with sales and partners.
  • Brand Execution: Manage creative output and brand integrity with our design agency, MrB & Friends.
  • Campaign Enablement: Build and maintain marketing assets (landing pages, email workflows, sales collateral) that support the sales funnel.
  • Data & Reporting: Use HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Albacross to report on campaign performance and surface intent signals to Sales.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the data center, cloud, connectivity or enterprise tech sectors.
  • Hands-on campaign execution experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM/MAP system.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across formats – from LinkedIn posts to email nurture flows.
  • Experience managing websites, SEO performance and agency workflows.
  • Understanding of long-lead B2B buying journeys and intent-based marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, private equity-backed company.
  • A dynamic, innovative, and inclusive working environment.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • The chance to work with a talented and ambitious international team.
