The Industry Marketing Campaign Coordinator will be fundamental to driving business revenues through the successful coordination and delivery of our key integrated demand generation campaigns targeting specific industry verticals. This role reports into the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for Verticals and works with a varied group of stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, Operations, Website development, Content, Branding and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) for Industry Verticals to understand campaign plans, goals, and strategies for different industries, then coordinate and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive business revenue.
  • Build out a rolling campaign calendar for selected industries, and update campaign checklists, briefs, and processes in accordance with best practices and business needs.
  • Gather requirements of all digital campaign elements using campaign checklist.  This will include but not be limited to: data lists, email copy, nurture flow plans, creative elements for email banners, landing pages and ads, ad copy for social and paid.
  • Create content (with support from agencies where needed) to support demand generation campaigns, and which enables our sales teams to have conversations with contacts in selected industry verticals
  • Execute emails & nurture flows related to marketing campaigns using our Marketing Automation system (Marketo).
  • Work closely with Paid Media team to execute campaign related paid media tactics.
  • Work with Web team to create / update specific web pages for industry verticals, and campaign landing pages with gated content or trials leveraging Marketo forms (with Operations and Web team support).
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the data connections are QA and tested before campaign launch, and that all ROI Tracking is in place.
  • Look for ways to optimise campaign performance and run A/B testing components as part of each campaign.
  • Work with and share campaign elements with international marketing stakeholders where relevant.

Key requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar marketing/demand coordinator role for a B2B organization or relevant degree
  • Some experience of executing email campaigns using a Marketing Automation system, preferably Marketo
  • Experience of running events and webinars
  • Experience editing text or web copy
  • Prior experience of working in an international B2B organisation and working closely with other centralised teams (web, creative, operations) across regions would be an advantage
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Hands on experience of project management tools (e.g. JIRA), and CRM tools is desirable
