Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: London – office based
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Marketing Assistant to join our group marketing team. This is a junior role, perfect for a graduate or someone taking their first step into the marketing world. You’ll work closely with our UK and SA teams, and no two days will be the same – one moment you might be helping to set up a stand at an event, the next you could be supporting the team on major projects, and everything in between.

This is a truly varied, hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to all areas of marketing. No experience is required – we’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ambitious. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in whatever needs doing. If you’re the kind of person who sees a task and thinks “I can do that”, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and send promotional email campaigns, including managing email lists and reporting on basic performance metrics.
  • Create co-branded collateral for partners using existing templates, ensuring everything aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Provide light-touch design support for social assets, one-pagers, and sales decks – you should have a good eye for what looks polished and professional.
  • Set up and update webpages using our content management system.
  • Assist in setting up marketing workflows and automations, such as lead nurturing sequences.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Support the team by building and formatting high-quality presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative marketing tasks to keep the team running smoothly – from organising files to helping out at events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive problem-solver who spots what needs doing and jumps in without being asked.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new software tools quickly – you enjoy figuring out how to make systems and processes work better.
  • Strong attention to detail – you take pride in getting things right and feel confident checking and feeding back on other people’s work.
  • A “no task is too small” attitude – you’re always happy to help, whether that’s building a presentation or setting up a stand at an event.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift – you’re adaptable and don’t get flustered by change.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn – you see this as a stepping stone and want to grow with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • No prior marketing experience needed – this role is open to graduates and first-jobbers.
  • Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite or Figma are not required but welcome).
  • Comfortable using a CMS (like WordPress or Webflow) for basic page updates – or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides – you know how to make a presentation look clean and professional.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a hunger to develop your skills in a real-world environment.

About OneDome

OneDome is a UK-based housing and fintech technology platform building an AI-powered platform to simplify life’s biggest financial decisions — from buying a first home to building and protecting long-term wealth.

The platform brings together property discovery, mortgage origination, legal and transaction services, insurance, and financial planning into a single, end-to-end digital experience. OneDome’s flagship HomeBuyer Service reimagines home ownership as a retail-style product, bundling everything required to purchase a home into one transparent, fixed-price offering. Beyond home purchases, the platform supports customers across the full lifecycle of home ownership and personal finance.

OneDome operates at scale, working with a nationwide network of over 500 mortgage brokers and arranging approximately $1.4 billion in mortgage volume per month, positioning the company among the largest housing and mortgage platforms in the UK.

The company is profitable and has been recognised for rapid, capital-efficient growth, including being ranked the 4th fastest-growing fintech and 17th fastest-growing technology company by the Deloitte Fast 50 in 2025, and the 6th fastest-growing tech company by the Sunday Times Tech 100 in 2026.

Backed by Channel 4 Ventures and family offices across the UK, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Australia, OneDome is building the next generation housing and fintech super-platform, replacing fragmented, manual processes with a modern, data-driven, AI-enabled consumer experience.
