Marketing Analyst – NetMonkeys

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who’s as curious as they are data-driven. At NetMonkeys, marketing isn’t just about campaigns and clicks—it’s about understanding people, spotting patterns, and turning insights into real growth.

If you enjoy digging into numbers, asking “why?” a lot, and helping shape smarter marketing decisions, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the heart of our marketing efforts, connecting the dots between performance data, customer behaviour, and campaign strategy. Day to day, that means:

  • Analysing campaign performance across channels (paid, organic, email, social)
  • Turning raw data into clear, actionable insights the team can actually use
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports (no one likes messy spreadsheets)
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas we’re wasting budget
  • Supporting campaign planning with data-backed recommendations
  • Working closely with content, paid media, and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging
  • Helping us test, learn, and improve continuously (A/B testing, attribution, funnel analysis)

What we’re looking for

We don’t expect a “perfect” candidate, but you’ll probably recognise yourself in most of these:

  • You’re comfortable working with data and not intimidated by it
  • You can explain insights in plain English—not just charts and jargon
  • You’ve got experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar
  • You understand marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking
  • You’re naturally curious and enjoy solving problems
  • You care about the why, not just the what

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in B2B or tech/IT marketing
  • Know your way around SQL, Excel, or data visualisation tools
  • Have worked with CRM and marketing automation platforms

What it’s like at NetMonkeys

We’re a growing IT and digital solutions business, and marketing plays a big role in how we scale. You won’t be stuck in a silo here—your work will directly influence decisions, campaigns, and strategy.

We keep things collaborative, fast-moving, and honest. Good ideas win, regardless of job title.

Why join us?

  • Real impact – your insights will shape how we grow
  • Variety – no two weeks look the same
  • Room to grow – we invest in people who want to develop
  • A team that actually listens to data (refreshing, we know)

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys turning data into direction—and you want your work to actually matter—we’d love to hear from you.
