We are looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst.

           Your main tasks will be:

  • Owning marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable insights across the organization;
  • Monitoring key marketing and business performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations;
  • Designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall marketing efficiency;
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving analytical and predictive models used in marketing decision-making, including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation models;
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, automating analytical workflows, and implementing best practices in marketing measurement and analytics.
    We expect from you:
  • Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field;
  • Strong proficiency in SQL;
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables;
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies;
  • Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling;
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

           Nice to have:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling;
  • Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows;
  • Experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement;
  • Experience working with attribution models, paid acquisition channels, and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
