Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

In November 2022, Netflix launched an ad-supported tier, enabling the delivery of standard:15 and:30 ads. Since then, we've expanded our suite of advertising solutions and have grown our ad-supported monthly active user count to more than 80 million globally.  We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint. Netflix is rapidly expanding its advertising business across Europe, bringing our ad-supported tier to new markets and growing our sales operations footprint across the region.

As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specialising in Sales Operations.

Visit our culture memo and long-term view to learn more about the unique Netflix culture and the opportunity to be part of our team. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is based in London.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Director of Market Expansion on GTM sales strategy: client segmentation, solutions, and service levels for expansion markets, including defining resourcing, sales org structure, and sales territories

  • Lead sales operations processes across revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews

  • Analyse sales performance and surface insights from large datasets spanning revenue, pipeline, product, and sales process

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Market Activation, Finance & Strategy, HR, and Business Operations to deliver Ads-wide projects, and represent Sales requirements and considerations

  • Manage sales data (accounts, account teams, territories, reports, opportunities, activities) in the CRM system

  • Work closely with sales, account management, solutions, measurement, and other cross-functional teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of programme performance, ensuring measurable business impact

  • Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly review materials for senior leadership to inform business decisions

  • Lead discussions on business performance with expertise and full ownership

What We're Looking For

We value skills and impact over credentials. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every criterion — what matters most is what you bring, not how you got there.

  • Substantial experience in advertising or advertising-related fields, with a background in Sales Operations (typically gained over 7+ years, though equivalent experience through non-traditional paths is equally valued)

  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior sales stakeholders at the country, regional, or agency level

  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and agency or client-direct advertising sales models is a plus

  • Strong spreadsheet skills; SQL and data analytics experience is a plus; experience with automation and scalable tooling is a bonus

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead and influence decision-making, including in cross-functional settings where you don't have direct authority

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and actively incorporate diverse perspectives and experiences when making decisions

  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects efficiently

  • Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a nice-to-have

At Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
