As a technology-driven organization, we value individuals who embrace innovation and are eager to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver better outcomes for clients and colleagues. • Build strong relationships across client organisations and coordinate internal teams to support sales opportunities and client needs.

  • Gather client feedback and share actionable insights with product teams to inform product development and service improvements.

  • Identify key themes and trends across the client base, tailoring sales plans to the needs of different client segments.

  • Partner with sales teams across the UK and Europe to generate opportunities from new product launches, using Salesforce to manage the pipeline and track progress.

About You

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a recent market data sales role.
  • Experience prospecting, negotiating and closing large-scale deals within financial services.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly and demonstrate their value to clients.
  • The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities across Tradeweb’s market data portfolio.
  • Experience producing accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts, reports and analysis to support senior management decisions.
