Overview
Our global Benefits & Wellbeing team designs and delivers consumer focused programs for our employees.
Role holder is expected to partner with AP & EEMEA Benefits & Wellbeing lead to design and deliver best in class benefits offering and statutory compliance across Asia Pacific (AP), Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMEA) regions. This position will provide Benefit & Wellbeing support and lead benefits projects and initiatives for the EEMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:• Partner with business leaders and PBPs to provide Benefits & Wellbeing consulting support across the EEMEA region• Partner in business expansion plans by designing benefits and wellbeing offerings for new markets in the region• Primary TR contact for the EEMEA region on all benefits & wellbeing related matters• Design international employee benefit and wellbeing programs for EEMEA region• Enhance employee experience, understanding and utilization of our existing benefits & wellbeing offering in the region through wellbeing summits and education seminars• Stay informed on legislative developments and support the design of compliant benefits programmes across EEMEA region• Develop business cases and recommendations for benefits design enhancements and rebalancing based on market intelligence, employee insights and organizational needs• Guide stakeholders on existing local benefit plans, perks and allowances• Partner closely with delivery team to provide design guidance and support for benefits & wellbeing programmes• Support vendor selection and contribute to vendor strategy and effectiveness reviews• Collaborate on global and regional benefits projects with PBPs as needed• Support in accomplishing 5 year benefits roadmap
All About You• Demonstrated knowledge of benefits & wellbeing programme design, market practices and regulatory requirements• Understanding of EEMEA benefits; Regional benefits consulting or in-house benefits experience preferred• Ability to build cross functional relationships and influence stakeholders across levels and functions• Able to solve problems while applying creativity to support effective benefits proposals and solutions • Highly collaborative team player• Strong communication and customer-focused skills• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment• Experience supporting benefits programmes across multiple countries and working effectively within a regional and global matrix environment preferred
