monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organisations work and outpace their competition.

We are looking for a visionary Manager of Solution Architecture to spearhead our regional technical delivery team. In this role, you won’t just manage a team; you will architect the future of how professional services are delivered at monday.com.

You will lead a team of Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Software Services Engineers. Your mission is to support the delivery of our Enterprise accounts and serve as the focal point for all technical services. You’ll transform traditional service models into an innovation engine, leveraging AI to drive internal efficiency and creating bespoke, high-value technical solutions that allow our largest customers to thrive.

Please note, this role requires attending our London office 3 days a week*

What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Scale: Hire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary regional team of SAs, TCs, and Services Software Engineers. Build the structure, career paths, and operational rigour needed to scale.

  • Strategic Delivery: Own the regional technical services roadmap. Oversee the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with world-class technical integrity.

  • Transformative Innovation: Be the "Technical Innovator." Challenge the status quo of manual services by implementing AI-driven workflows, automated data migration tools, and LLM-powered internal efficiencies.

  • The "Architect of Architects": Provide high-level technical oversight for complex custom integrations, API consultations, and tailored code solutions. Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with monday.com’s core architecture.

  • AI Transformation: Consult with our enterprise clients on how to leverage AI within their workflows, turning "AI potential" into "Customer Value" through custom-built solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering to bridge the gap between customer needs and platform capabilities, influencing the product roadmap based on regional service trends.

Requirements:
  • Technical Powerhouse: 7+ years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting) within the B2B SaaS space.

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience managing technical teams. You know how to coach high-performers and manage technical delivery in a fast-paced environment.

  • The "Innovator" Mindset: A proven track record of using AI/LLMs or automation to optimise internal processes or build new product offerings. You don't just use tools; you build them.

  • Client-Facing Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "talk tech" to developers and "talk value" to C-suite executives.

  • Hands-on Proficiency: While this is a leadership role, you must be comfortable diving into code (Node.js/JavaScript preferred), API documentation, and complex data schemas when needed.

  • Project Governance: Experience managing the lifecycle of professional services projects, from Statement of Work (SOW) through to deployment and technical sign-off.

  • Problem Solver: You thrive in the "grey area”, finding creative ways to solve complex business problems using custom integrations and data migrations.
