The RoleAs Consulting Manager, Process Industries – Celonis Services DACH, you will lead, guide, and develop a team of 5-10 Consultants. You are responsible for driving successful deployments of Celonis technology across our customers in the Process Industries segment (including Chemicals, Pharma, and Materials) across Germany and Austria. You will partner cross-functionally to support all customer engagement efforts and will liaise frequently with the Sales and Value Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and adoption of the Celonis platform to drive value and customer success.
The Work You’ll Do- Sales: Position and sell the right services; work closely and build trust with Sales and Value Engineering to support ACV land and expand motions; maximize services revenue and ensure utilization targets.
- Delivery: Manage a portfolio of projects to success, building relationships directly with largest/most strategic customers in the Processing Industries region. Ensure timely and high-quality deployments that meet customer requirements, accelerate time to first value, and drive measurable business impact within complex industrial supply chains and production environments.
- Value and Adoption: Drive a value-focused mindset within the team; ensure project governance to deliver rapid, tangible improvements and fast ROI. Drive adoption by ensuring comprehensive plans are incorporated into each project, including user onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Product: Ensure a focus on deep product and technical knowledge to provide thought leadership for our customers, specifically regarding best-practice implementation in large-scale manufacturing and processing workflows.
- People: Build, support, and enable a high-performance team of approx. 5-10 Celonis Consultants; proactively manage hiring, productivity, morale, and resource allocation.
- Partners: Build relationships with strategic partners and partner managers in the DACH region to support our most important industrial accounts.
- Practice: Contribute to internal initiatives that improve the organization and develop career paths for team members within the Services organization.
- Good understanding of the implementation of Celonis products at a level required to lead and direct Consultants.
- Experience in managing professional services teams, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies.
- Deep interest or experience in Processing Industries (Chemicals, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Primary Materials).
- Experience building relationships with Sales teams and involvement in complex deals.
- Proven leadership in interacting with senior/executive level customers in an industrial context.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to be certified in Celonis products.
- Based in Munich, Germany.
