3501 - Manager, Search, GCS

Role Summary and Impact

We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead performance marketing for TikTok for Business across 24 international markets.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving conversions, pipeline growth, and ROI through best-in-class paid search execution. You'll own campaign performance across a high-spend global account, with significant autonomy to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and scale what works.

Unlike many agency roles, this position has a streamlined stakeholder structure with a single core client contact, allowing greater focus on optimisation, experimentation, and business outcomes rather than excessive reporting and meetings.

You'll also act as the link between the London team and our offshore activation hub in Poland, managing a team of four specialists and ensuring operational excellence across campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Optimisation

  • Own paid search performance across 24 markets, with accountability for conversion, pipeline, and ROI targets.
  • Drive ongoing optimisation across bidding, audiences, keywords, creative assets, landing pages, and measurement.
  • Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap, using data to identify opportunities and improve performance at scale.
  • Translate performance insights into clear actions that drive measurable business impact.

Strategy & Measurement

  • Build scalable account structures and processes that support efficient global growth.
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure robust tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
  • Use data to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and influence investment decisions.

Team & Operational Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of four activation specialists based in our Poland hub.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring high-quality execution and accountability.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong organisation, prioritisation, and workflow management.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid search programmes with a strong focus on performance outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of optimisation, experimentation, measurement, and conversion-focused marketing.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across markets.
  • Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders, influence teams, and provide clear direction.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
