Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Restructuring Administrator to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating various aspects of corporate restructuring processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of restructuring plans for distressed companies
- Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the restructuring process
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation related to restructuring cases
- Manage the claims process, including reviewing and analyzing creditor claims
- Organize and attend creditor meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for restructuring cases
- Liaise with clients, creditors, and other parties involved in the restructuring process
- Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency laws, regulations, and court procedures
- Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings
- Support senior team members in complex restructuring cases and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience or a very strong interest in restructuring, insolvency, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
