We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Marketing Manager (L3) with 5+ years of experience to oversee our Paid Social program across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader with strong technical expertise and commercial acumen, capable of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving significant business impact through Paid Social.

You will lead channel strategy, execution, and optimization while managing and mentoring a team responsible for performance across Paid Social platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of auction dynamics, audience segmentation, measurement frameworks, creative strategy, and performance optimization. Additionally, you must have a strong grasp of the evolving privacy and measurement landscape, including signal loss mitigation, first-party data strategies, and attribution modeling.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage the Paid Social program across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring a unified and high-performing strategy.
  • Lead a team of analysts to drive performance, optimize budgets, and scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring spend allocation is optimized for ROAS, LTV, and incremental revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing frameworks to improve performance.
  • Partner with Creative teams to develop and test new ad formats, messaging strategies, and landing page experiences.
  • Collaborate with Martech, Data Science, and Engineering to refine measurement models, attribution frameworks, and incrementality testing.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy regulations, and measurement challenges, including iOS updates, cookieless tracking, server-side measurement, GA4, and first-party data utilization.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok account teams to ensure best-in-class execution and early access to new features.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in automation, campaign efficiency, and performance measurement.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
  • 1+years of proven people management experience.
  • Proven success in scaling and optimizing Paid Social campaigns with large budgets across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Excel (advanced functions, automation, pivot tables).
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, auction dynamics, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing, creative iteration, and landing page optimization.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign spend for efficiency and scale.
  • Expertise in the evolving privacy and measurement landscape, including GA4, server-side tracking, first-party data, and attribution challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights and influencing senior leadership.
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
