- Lead the Recipe Revolution: Own and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for NTK initiatives, aligning with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Create Culinary Magic: Oversee recipe development across all touchpoints - from in-box books to digital platforms and brand collaborations.
- Build & Inspire Teams: Collaborate with regional culinary leads and recipe developers, ensuring every dish reflects quality, creativity, and consumer-first thinking.
- Champion Innovation: Be the go-to culinary expert, showcasing how our products transform cooking through convenience and performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Test competitor recipes, collaborate globally, and provide insights that shape product development.
What You'll Bring
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in culinary development, food innovation, or recipe-driven content creation.
- Education: Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Food Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
- Communication Power: Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility: Ready to travel internationally as needed (~30%).
