What You'll Do

- Lead and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for EMEA/LATAM, aligning with product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Oversee recipe development across multiple platforms, including in-box recipe books, brand partnerships, and digital/social content.
- Manage and mentor a team of chefs and recipe developers, ensuring impactful execution of recipe strategies.
- Act as a culinary subject matter expert, driving innovation and ensuring recipes highlight key product benefits.
- Conduct competitor product testing and collaborate with global teams to provide real-time insights throughout product development.
- 5+ years of experience in culinary, marketing, or management, with a background in product-driven recipe development.
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across UK/EU and Latin America.
