As the Manager of the GTM AI Engineering team, you will lead a specialized unit dedicated to building, configuring, and managing AI automations and intelligent agents. This role is a cornerstone of our transformed GTM strategy, reporting directly to the SVP GTM Operations. Your mission is to create a seamless synergy between AI technology and our Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), ensuring that AI acts as a multiplier for human effort.

You will oversee a team of GTM AI Automation Engineers and GTM AI Solution Architects, driving the technical execution of our AI-driven revenue engine strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Automation & Agent Strategy
  • Translate the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps for automation and agent deployment.

  • Lead the build-out and configuration of AI agents and automations designed to handle repetitive GTM tasks (e.g., lead scoring, personalized outreach, contract analysis).

  • Ensure all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and integrated deeply into our CRM and RevOps stack.

2. Team Leadership & Execution
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and high-quality deployment.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial proof-of-concept to global GTM deployment.

  • When completed, hand over the solutions to our Revenue Operations for running and maintenance

3. Cross-Functional Integration
  • Work closely with the SVP GTM Operations to ensure AI initiatives align with broader revenue goals and operational restructuring.

  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure the GTM team is trained and empowered to work alongside AI "digital colleagues."

  • Collaborate closely with the SoSafe data team and the IT/Security teams to ensure full architectural alignment of our AI stack, efficiencies, data integrity and security

4. Performance & Optimization
  • Define and track KPIs for the GTM AI team, focusing on efficiency gains, revenue acceleration, and data accuracy.

  • Continuously iterate on AI models and agent logic based on feedback from the GTM field teams.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Leadership - 5+ years in management of technical teams, specifically focused on automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.

  • AI Expertise - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents within a business context.

  • GTM Knowledge - Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and how they integrate with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Strategic Thinking - Ability to turn a strategic blueprint into a functional technical architecture. Consulting background is a strong plus.

Location & Work Arrangement
  • Candidates based in Ireland or the UK will work remotely.

  • Candidates based in Germany have the option to work remotely from their country or in a hybrid model from our offices in Germany.
