• Partner with the business to assess both current and emerging risks, driving insights and helping deliver on strategic commitments.
• Boost the overall efficiency of risk management across the organization.
• Support the business in conducting impact analyses and building continuity plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in our Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience programs.
• Develop and deliver risk education plans to improve our risk culture.
• Manage various global risks and competing priorities, collaborating with collaborators at all levels.
• Act as a primary contact for collaborators at Aristocrat Interactive and Product Madness.
• Offer expert mentorship on technology risks to various business units.
• Monitor emerging risks and integrate risk management into our broader business strategy.
• Foster a risk-aware culture through education and integration of risk principles.
• Ensure the quality of risk, controls, and mitigating actions documentation.
• Support the creation of key risk deliverables for the Board and senior management.
• Lead and deliver risk-related projects successfully.
• Develop and maintain business impact analyses and continuity plans.
• Coordinate the delivery of annual business resilience testing plans.
• Deliver comprehensive risk awareness training across the organization.
• Seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the risk programs.

• 5+ years of applicable experience in risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with business resilience principles and their implementation.
• Favorable experience in gaming/technology sectors, particularly in Technology Risk Management.
• Established capacity to coordinate multiple team members and adhere to challenging timelines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all collaborator levels.
• Critical thinking abilities to challenge the status quo and inspire change.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced team environment, delivering consistent, high-quality output.
• A great teammate who encourages a collaborative, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable working environment.
