This is a hybrid role. As a Strategy Manager, you will help shape Entain's future by leading high-impact strategic initiatives across the Group. You'll work on some of the company's most important growth, investment, and transformation opportunities, translating complex business challenges into clear recommendations and executable plans that drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Group Strategy, you will be part of the Group Strategy team, who partner closely with senior leaders across the business to define strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive execution against Entain's long-term ambitions. The team leads enterprise-wide strategic projects, supports the annual strategic planning process, and plays a critical role in helping the organisation make informed decisions on investments, market opportunities, and key business initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team at the centre of strategic decision-making within a global FTSE-listed business. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, influence critical business decisions, and gain exposure to a broad range of commercial, operational, and growth-focused challenges. Whether evaluating new market opportunities, shaping investment decisions, or driving enterprise-wide strategic programmes, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while continuing to develop your leadership and strategic problem-solving skills. Are you ready to help shape the next chapter of Entain's growth story?

You Will:

  • Lead end-to-end strategy projects, taking ownership from problem definition and analysis through to recommendation development and execution alignment.
  • Shape strategic initiatives across growth strategy, market expansion, investment opportunities, and other key business priorities.
  • Develop robust analytical frameworks, synthesising complex data and diverse inputs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, pace, and delivery against strategic objectives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coach junior team members, fostering high-quality outputs, continuous development, and a collaborative team culture

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Demonstrable experience (~5 yrs) in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to frame and structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Proven track record of leading strategic projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Experience developing and evaluating growth strategies, investment cases, and market opportunities
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving alignment across functions
  • Experience managing or coaching junior team members, ensuring quality and development
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
