About the Role:

Join the fight against adversaries as a leader of our elite Corporate Sales Engineering team! As we pursue our mission to stop breaches, you'll inspire and empower a team of technical warriors who are passionate about protecting our customers. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise to drive our cutting-edge security solutions into the market.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Direct line management of Corporate SE team, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development

  • Drive team success through strategic resource allocation and goal setting

  • Establish and maintain team KPIs aligned with company objectives

  • Implement and optimize team processes and methodologies

  • Nurture and develop a true collaborative environment

Technical Sales Leadership:

  • Guide complex technical sales cycles and Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations

  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize revenue opportunities

  • Oversee technical training programs for sales staff and partners

  • Synergize with Marketing for delivering impactful campaigns

  • Scale our sales specialists teams becoming a multiplier force

Customer & Partner Engagement:

  • Drive technical solution design and architecture discussions

  • Ensure customer success through pre-sales technical support

  • Build and maintain strategic partner relationships

  • Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and executive meetings

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in cybersecurity

  • 3+ years of people management experience, including remote teams

  • Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and threat landscape

  • Proven track record of driving complex technical sales cycles

  • Experience with security tools, malware analysis, and threat detection

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Advanced understanding of cyber security, threat detection, and incident response

  • Familiarity with attack frameworks, exploitation techniques, and threat actors

  • Knowledge of security tools, MITRE ATT&CK, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH)

  • Experience with CrowdStrike products and services

  • Background in enterprise software sales

  • MBA or technical advanced degree
