What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services, an analytical role, a commercial role, or a related environment where you’ve worked with data, insight or business performance.

  • 2+ years’ experience analysing information, drawing out key insights and using these to support decision-making.

  • Experience working with financial, portfolio or capital concepts, with an interest in understanding how these support business and customer outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across teams and explain ideas clearly.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities, balancing independent work with team-based delivery.

  • Good organisation, attention to detail and a curious mindset, with a willingness to learn new areas.

And any experience of this would be useful:

  • Experience working with Product, Risk, Finance, Treasury or portfolio optimisation teams.

  • Exposure to capital optimisation, risk transfer, lending portfolios or customer strategy.

  • Experience contributing to agile delivery or cross-functional change initiatives.
