About the Role
At SharkNinja, our mission is to positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world. As we continue to accelerate our European expansion, we're hiring a Consumer Insights Manager (Europe) on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our growing EU team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Consumer Insights (based in our global HQ in Boston), this role is central to shaping how we understand our consumers and deliver 5 star products and experiences. You'll work cross functionally with Marketing, Quality, Engineering, and Consumer Services to ensure consumer insight is embedded in everything we do.
What You'll Do
Design, execute, and manage end to end quantitative and qualitative research studies aligned to business needs
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, presenting regularly to senior leadership with strong UK and EU consumer context
Synthesize and track historical research to inform category strategies and identify trends
Identify gaps and proactively build new research plans from scratch to support business growth
Act as the voice of the European consumer across internal teams
Manage and develop at least one Analyst, ensuring high quality delivery and growth
What You'll Bring
Strong experience delivering end to end quantitative research, particularly in product and communications testing
Exposure to qualitative research, with moderation experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple research projects across categories
A balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn insights into impactful business strategies
Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behaviour, and market dynamics
Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile, and hands on environment
Flexible mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work cross functionally
European language skills (German, French, Spanish, and or Italian) are a plus, but not essential
