Company Description

At 3HORIZONS, we’re reshaping what strategy means in the real world - not as a document, but as a force for impact. We are a global strategy consultancy trusted by leading organisations across industries: from multi-billion industrial powerhouses and pharmaceutical giants to cutting-edge manufacturers and even Super Bowl champions. Our mission is simple: help leadership teams close the gap between ambition and execution - faster, smarter, and more effectively than traditional consulting ever could.
The engine behind this transformation is the Strategy in Action System:

  • Enterprise-grade software that turns strategy into live, structured workflows
  • An AI intelligence engine that surfaces real-time insights, risks and opportunities
  • Certified experts who bring pace, challenge and alignment into every leadership room

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in London, with offices in New York, Turin and Nicosia, we bring together strategy consultants, industry experts and product innovators to deliver strategy with clarity, momentum and measurable results.
We don’t just advise - we co-create strategy and build strategic capability inside organisations, empowering teams long after the engagement ends. 3HORIZONS has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 3 consecutive years.

Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Strategy in Action engagements, ensuring quality, pace and impact throughout.

  • Act as the primary client point of contact across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, building and maintaining trust at leadership and C-suite level.

  • Plan and facilitate executive workshops, strategy reviews and decision-making sessions, translating analytical insight into practical recommendations.

  • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining consistency of quality and managing risk proactively.

  • Guide and develop a team of Project Leaders and Consultants, providing structured feedback and building capability across the team.

  • Contribute to the continued development of 3HORIZONS' methodology, tools and approaches, maintaining the rigour and consistency of the Strategy in Action system.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand the scope and depth of existing client relationships, working alongside Partners to manage the commercial process.

  • Build and maintain a network of senior decision-makers across current and target accounts, contributing actively to new business pipeline.

  • Participate in proposal development, client scoping conversations and commercial presentations.

  • Represent 3HORIZONS in relevant executive and industry forums, contributing to the firm's profile in the strategy execution space.

Firm Development

  • Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding and developing junior talent.

  • Contribute ideas and energy to the advancement of 3HORIZONS' capabilities, products and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of professional experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a senior strategy or transformation role within a leading organisation.

  • Master's degree from a top university with an outstanding academic record; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. A PhD and/or experience in the academic world is advantageous.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex engagements independently and demonstrated early contribution to commercial activity, whether through account development, proposal work or client relationship management.

  • Ability to build credible, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, combined with the communication and influencing skills required to operate effectively at C-suite level.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and create opportunities for the business and for others.

  • Availability for international travel.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
