Manage end-to-end strategy consulting projects, lead teams of up to three employees, conduct structured analysis and primary research, and develop client recommendations. Build client relationships, lead workshops, present insights, support operational execution, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the advancement of consulting technologies and methods. The role requires engineering-based problem solving, strong leadership, quantitative analysis, fluent English and Italian, and international travel availability.
