Manager of Client Legal - Corporate Services

Job type: Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Hours: Full-time, 40h/week
The salary range for this specific role will be € 80.000 – € 90.000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a team of 3–4 Legal & Corporate Services professionals.
- Allocating work, setting priorities, and overseeing team delivery.
- Reviewing team outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Coaching team members and supporting performance management activities.
- Acting as escalation point for technical, operational, and client matters.
- Overseeing a portfolio of SPVs, including AML/KYC requirements.
- Reviewing and approving legal and corporate documentation prepared by the team.
- Overseeing transaction closings, restructurings, and liquidations.
- Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, and CSC group companies.
- Reviewing and approving team timesheets.
- Supporting process improvements and risk mitigation.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- More than 6 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution
- Team leading skills
- Master's degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent
- Knowledge of EU Funds investment area
- A team player in international environment
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
