  • Interface Management: Monitor and support critical integrations involving multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, external mediation systems, EDI, APIs, Web Services, and digital payment systems) and lead troubleshooting efforts.

Innovation, AI, & Strategic Direction

  • AI & Automation: Champion and drive the hands-on usage of AI tools and automated processes to boost operational productivity, optimize team delivery, and drive self-healing system capabilities.
  • Standardization: Influence internal business partners and external vendor teams to leverage standard "out-of-the-box" SAP BRIM solutions, aggressively minimizing technical debt and custom developments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep pace with emerging technologies and SAP releases, translating business needs into modern system capabilities.

Compliance, Audit & Governance

  • IT Controls & Compliance: Take full responsibility for IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX compliance, and successful audit readiness within the SAP S/4HANA BRIM platform.
  • Access Control: Maintain rigorous standards for documentation, user access management, and segregation of duties (SoD).

Talent & People Leadership

  • Team Development: Direct, mentor, and develop a diverse team of functional and technical SAP BRIM professionals.
  • Capacity Management: Successfully balance available team capacity (resources) against incoming operational demands, support tickets, and minor enhancement projects.
  • Consensus Building: Act as a collaborative leader who excels at gaining consensus across business stakeholders, internal IT partners, and offshore vendors.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), preferred.
  • Overall SAP Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP landscapes, with at least 3+ years in a formal leadership, managerial, or team lead role, preferred.
