Lead end-to-end indirect category sourcing (especially IT software): develop supplier relationships, run competitive bids, negotiate contracts, manage contract compliance and supplier performance, use spend analytics and sourcing systems (e.g., Ariba) to identify cost savings and mitigate risk, and collaborate cross-functionally including legal.

Perform routine accounts payable activities within Finance Operations, following established procedures. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect goods and services. Lead OptiFreight billing services team to allocate freight charges, ensure invoice accuracy, resolve invoice issues, improve processes, coach analysts, drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Lead incident response and resolution for enterprise infrastructure. Manage servers, storage, virtualization, networking, backups and cloud services; coordinate cross-functional teams, develop solutions, mentor colleagues, and produce technical documentation and reports.

Provide support and administration for the Genesys Cloud CX platform, resolve customer issues, manage tickets and critical incidents, create technical documentation and knowledge base articles, and apply analytical troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.

Manage customer shipment billing and order data: assign billing groups/facilities, research unmatched transactions and exception lines, resolve root causes, develop solutions, and support invoicing. Work collaboratively in a finance/controls environment, follow SOPs, participate in billing meetings, coach peers, and handle high-volume transactional tasks using multiple systems (TMS, Salesforce, SAP).

Provide FP&A partnership to business units, lead cross-functional analysis, support financial reporting, internal controls and compliance, contribute to policy development, drive actionable insights for strategic decisions, manage complex projects, and mentor junior colleagues.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.

Lead a cross-functional ServiceNow squad of developers and BAs to manage platform run operations, Agile delivery (2-week sprints), upgrades/patching, UAT, change/release governance, metrics reporting, stakeholder/vendor coordination, and continuous improvement while coaching team members and standardizing practices.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process mining tools. Conduct RCA and variance analysis, document As-Is/To-Be processes, identify automation opportunities, create BRDs, use task mining and simulation to model workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare executive reports, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
