What we are looking for:
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for tracking and tracing parcels that are in transit to destinations all over the world. You will be incredibly organised, a great communicator and have a strong attention to detail. You will use critical thinking, logic combined with a persuasive approach, to resolve issues associated with carrier failures, customs clearance and other factors that may impact smooth delivery to our customer sites.

How will you make an impact & Requirement
What you will be doing for us:
‒Track and expedite all shipments on a daily basis and working to resolve any delays with Carriers, Freight Forwarders and Customs etc.
‒Communicate with key stakeholders providing updates on delays and requesting information to expedite shipments.
‒Update the system with all tracking details and save the Proof of Delivery for future reference.
‒Responsible for producing accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs.
‒
‒Carry out invoice verification for all shipments, ensuring that the Invoice value matches the standard or the cost quoted.
‒
‒Responsible for maintaining an accurate electronic and manual filing system in relation to all Despatch Documentation in line with requirements for HMRC audit.
‒
‒Manage shared mailboxes in line with requirements ensuring timely and accurate responses and ensuring the mailbox is accurately categorised and filed appropriately.
‒
‒Complete other ad-hoc duties and provide general administrative support to the Distribution & Warehousing Team.
