About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Local Marketing Associate is a highly collaborative and analytical role responsible for the end-to-end execution of regional campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven initiatives that offer genuine customer value, owning everything from initial local activation to detailed performance reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver a diverse range of initiatives - from tactical promotions to high-impact brand and partner activations - ensuring every plan offers genuine value and resonates with local customer needs.

  • Stay informed on local competitor trends and activities to continuously strengthen regional strategies and campaigns.

  • Own the campaign lifecycle from initial briefing through to execution, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to deliver high-impact results on time and against key objectives.

  • Partner with specialists across Commercial, Performance, Loyalty, CRM, PR, and Social teams to drive integrated marketing planning and "best-in-class" campaign management

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on regional business and campaign performance, providing deep-dive post-campaign analysis.

  • Track success metrics, with the support of Data Science and Consumer Insights teams to identify improvement areas and uncover new opportunities for experimentation and growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in Marketing role

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across complex, cross-functional teams.

  • A proven track record of "making things happen," highly-organised with a focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently and ability to prioritise and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A strategic thinker who enjoys interpreting data to build insight-led marketing plans. You are comfortable using analytical tools (e.g. Excel) to drive decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing growth opportunities.

  • A resilient self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
