This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract role based in a hybrid London team.

Owns paid B2B demand generation across multiple markets, managing channel strategy, budgets, campaign execution, lead quality, measurement, and scalable growth playbooks. Partners with Sales, commercial, Product, and creative teams to localize campaigns, support launches, improve automation, and convert leads into active merchants and revenue.

Leads the design, scaling, and optimisation of physical rider onboarding hubs across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include developing operational roadmaps, managing field onboarding sessions, addressing rider supply constraints, coordinating seasonal campaigns, forecasting demand, and partnering with Product, Rider Support, and Onboarding teams. The role requires extensive travel, independent field work, stakeholder management, and operational experience in technology, startups, food delivery logistics, or as a delivery rider.

Own the Core People Technology product area, prioritizing Workday and HR platform work across payroll, leave, employment status, right-to-work, and compliance. Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into structured requirements, partner with analysts and engineers on delivery, establish intake and operating processes, communicate trade-offs, and escalate statutory or audit risks. Use AI tools responsibly to structure requirements while maintaining human judgment for sensitive employment and pay-related decisions.

Provides written support to riders across multiple markets, resolving complex payment and account issues within service-level agreements. Handles escalated cases, analyzes case data in spreadsheets, identifies trends and root causes, and recommends process and workflow improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on high-risk cases and supports service excellence in a fast-paced, rotational environment including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Own rider referral, reactivation, and retention incentive strategy, including budgets, governance, testing, and ROI measurement. Lead rider-hours performance tracking, causal attribution, senior stakeholder reporting, and weekly and annual applicant target setting. Partner with Data Science, Regional Operations, Retention, and Rider Marketing on forecasting, scenario planning, target cascades, and cost efficiency across Deliveroo’s marketplace.

Manage regional month-end and statutory reporting across group entities. Prepare variance analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory accounts; resolve accounting issues; collaborate with local finance, strategy, operations, and external auditors; and support group projects involving process improvement and automation.

Lead high-value enterprise sales cycles and manage strategic global accounts for Deliveroo for Work. Drive renewals, retention, and expansion; develop tailored commercial propositions, pricing, and rollout strategies; and negotiate complex partnerships. Manage and coach a small team while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal to address technical and compliance requirements and influence product development.

Manage general ledger accounting operations, financial close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, and accounting policy development. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives while aligning global accounting processes. Partner with FP&A, Financial Reporting, and cross-functional leaders, and manage and develop accounting staff.

Lead and develop up to six Territory Managers across Central London. Drive territory commercial performance, partner growth, advertising sales, co-marketing, operational health, and marketplace supply. Set and track KPIs, develop localized strategies, identify cuisine and account opportunities, and provide market insights to senior leadership. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, data interpretation, problem-solving, and CRM-based pipeline and team performance oversight.

Own end-to-end data science and analytics projects for global business operations. Analyze performance against goals, investigate deviations, build scalable pipelines, models, dashboards, monitoring, and investigative tools, and measure impact through experimentation and causal inference. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders while collaborating across international markets, Data Science, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Lead the international expansion of automated customer support solutions. Define rollout strategy, prioritize use cases, own performance metrics, build scalable implementation foundations, and guide experimentation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and country teams to manage dependencies, regulatory requirements, and market customization. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to business reviews and senior leadership while driving measurable automation outcomes across multiple markets.

Own end-to-end execution and strategic design of partner lifecycle and ad-hoc email/WhatsApp campaigns. Build SQL audiences, AMPscript/Liquid personalisation and HTML templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Track campaign performance, iterate on segmentation, messaging and cadence, and partner with Commercial, Content and Data stakeholders.

Manage restaurant partnerships across Milton Keynes and Northampton, serving as the local commercial expert. Develop territory growth strategies, analyze restaurant and area performance data, negotiate with key partners, acquire and onboard local brands, and collaborate with account management, operations, and marketing teams to improve selection, platform performance, and campaign participation.

Build and improve ranking, personalization, recommendation, homepage blending, and notification-targeting models for grocery and retail verticals. Develop production-ready machine learning systems that increase adoption and engagement across a large marketplace. Collaborate with global engineering teams across DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt.

Manage high-value restaurant partnerships across Essex and the South of England. Use data and market insights to improve partner performance, increase order volumes, negotiate commercial contracts, resolve operational issues, and develop growth opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial judgment, negotiation, communication, independent working, regional travel, a valid UK driving licence, and access to a car.

Manage end-to-end programmatic video and paid social campaigns, including platform setup, activation, optimization, trafficking, conversion tracking, A/B testing, brand lift studies, performance reporting, and post-campaign analysis. Develop channel strategies, forecast audience reach, translate campaign data into actionable insights, and collaborate with planning teams, creative, data science, marketing technology, agencies, and platform representatives.

Lead the technical direction for DoorDash’s local and remote developer environments serving thousands of engineers. Design scalable devcontainers, remote IDE and VM infrastructure, monorepo tooling, ephemeral AI-agent sandboxes, cloud networking, and production-shaped development environments. Own cross-team initiatives, solve complex platform problems, mentor engineers, influence senior stakeholders, conduct design reviews, and help establish hiring standards.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of scalable Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure. Own infrastructure-as-code, automation, and self-service tooling. Drive incident response, platform reliability, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring engineers and partnering on multi-org platform standards.
