Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team (Backend, iOS, Android, Web), set technical and product strategy, mentor engineers, scale engineering practices, participate in code reviews and design, and collaborate across Product, Design, and Operations to deliver high-impact projects.

Lead Commercial Enablement across 37 EMEA markets, building L&D and incentive programs for Merchant Sales, Account Management, and Support. Design scalable operating models, drive incentive governance and payouts, partner with commercial and People/L&D teams, and measure improvements in productivity and merchant outcomes.

Own end-to-end execution and strategic design of partner lifecycle and ad-hoc email/WhatsApp campaigns. Build SQL audiences, AMPscript/Liquid personalisation and HTML templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Track campaign performance, iterate on segmentation, messaging and cadence, and partner with Commercial, Content and Data stakeholders.
